Crotal - Personal DnD Character Design

The character I used to play in a DnD campaign, a grimy, evil halfling named Crotal (rattlesnake in french).
I had fun creating him on Heroforge and I wanted to push the design further in my personal style.
You can say a short version of Junkrat from Overwatch.
